Lainey Hernandez

Lainey Hernandez is a passionate and dedicated dance educator with over 11 years of experience teaching a wide range of styles. She is known for creating an inclusive and motivating classroom environment where dancers can grow in both technique and artistry. Her choreography has been featured in award‑winning performances at Winter Guard International and the Florida Marching Band Championships, and she has led teams of more than 30 dancers across multiple high school programs.

Lainey has taught dancers of all ages—from beginners to advanced performers—and brings
positivity, encouragement, and high energy to every class. She was recognized as Outstanding Dance Educator by the City of Johnstown Educational Arts Committee for her impact on young
performers. Lainey studied and trained at the Classical Ballet Company and New World School of the Arts in
Miami, FL, further strengthening her foundation in dance and performance. She loves helping young dancers build confidence, learn new skills, and shine on stage. Every class with Ms.
Lainey is a chance to grow, have fun, and celebrate what makes each dancer unique.
