Christine Geffner

Christine was born and raised in Rochester, NY where she studied Elementary Education at SUNY Brockport and earned a bachelor’s degree in English Literature. Upon graduation, Christine taught preschool. After beginning graduate classes at St. John Fisher University, she made a career change to work in Minor League Baseball. At the same time, Christine joined the Park Avenue Dance Company, where she focused on the study of Modern dance under Christine Fendley. Christine soon spent four years working for Major League Baseball’s San Diego Padres, before moving to Boston and finally South Florida with her husband and three children. Christine is beginning her twelfth season dancing with the studio and is happy to have the opportunity to contribute to the nurturing atmosphere, where she can combine her loves of teaching and dance.
